How far in advance should I book my event decor?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on our schedule.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Absolutely! We provide full delivery and setup service n the Nashville area, so you can relax and enjoy your event without any hassle.

How can I get a quote or place an order?

Do you use tape that could damage Airbnbs?

No! We comply with Airbnb guidelines and only use painter’s tape and other non-damaging materials to ensure we leave no marks or residue behind.

Terms of service

Welcome to Love and Letters BACH & Balloons! Before using our bachelorette and balloon décor services, please review our Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking, submitting payment for, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Love and Letters BACH & Balloons' services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will not alter the terms applicable to an already confirmed booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Services

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons provides bachelorette and event décor services, including but not limited to personalized banners, balloon installations, decorations, backdrops, signage, rentals, and other party supplies.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, venue requirements, and event circumstances.

3. Wait Time & Venue Access Policy

Our team allows a 30-minute access window after the initially scheduled setup time stated in your booking.

Due to our tightly organized event schedule, it is essential that access to the venue be provided within this timeframe. Please ensure that accurate door codes, contact information, venue instructions, and other necessary access information are provided to your decorator before arrival.

If access is not provided within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, our team may need to leave in order to proceed to our next scheduled appointment.

If we depart due to an inability to access the venue within the allotted timeframe, the scheduled service will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.

You may request a rescheduled date and time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, subject to our team's availability. If we are fully booked, an alternative date or time may be offered. Availability is not guaranteed, and no refund will be issued if a suitable alternative is unavailable.

4. Ordering & Payment

PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before our team arrives at your scheduled setup location. We do not accept deposits, partial payments, or payments after setup.

If full payment has not been received prior to your scheduled event, Love and Letters BACH & Balloons reserves the right to cancel or refuse setup services. No decorations will be installed until payment has been received in full.

By placing an order through our website, paying an invoice, or booking through another approved communication channel, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected products and services.

Payments are processed securely, and we accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available through our checkout system. All transactions are also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid unless the client requests and Love and Letters BACH & Balloons approves modifications that result in additional charges.

5. No Changes Policy

All orders are customized and finalized within 14 days of the scheduled event.

No changes may be made to the agreed-upon order once this 14-day period begins without prior approval from Love and Letters BACH & Balloons.

If a change is requested within this period and our team is able to accommodate it, a $100 fee per change will apply. Additional charges may also apply if the requested change requires additional products, materials, labor, delivery, or customization.

Please review all order details carefully before the 14-day deadline.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All Love and Letters BACH & Balloons services are prepared and reserved specifically for each client's event. This may include custom décor, balloons, signage, supplies, rentals, preparation time, staffing, and reserved installation time.

All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to change your event date, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a reschedule, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Previously purchased customized items will be used for the rescheduled event whenever possible. Additional charges may apply if rescheduling requires new materials, additional customization, additional labor, delivery, or other expenses.

7. Weather, Travel & Flight Cancellations

All outdoor installations and setups are weather permitting.

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons cannot guarantee the condition, appearance, or longevity of balloons, backdrops, signage, rentals, or other décor once exposed to outdoor conditions. Rain, wind, excessive heat, direct sunlight, humidity, storms, and other environmental conditions may cause balloons or décor to pop, deflate, fade, move, fall, deteriorate, or otherwise become damaged.

For the safety of our team, clients, guests, and equipment, Love and Letters BACH & Balloons reserves the right to modify, relocate, delay, or decline an outdoor installation if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

When possible, we will work with the client and venue to identify an indoor or covered alternative. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary venue approval for an alternate setup location.

We understand that severe weather may also result in flight delays, flight cancellations, road closures, or other unexpected travel disruptions that prevent clients or guests from arriving in Nashville or attending their scheduled event.

However, because our products and services are customized and prepared specifically for each event, including customized décor, balloons, signage, supplies, rentals, preparation, and reserved installation time, weather-related and travel-related disruptions do not qualify for a refund.

If your event or trip is affected by a weather-related travel disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your services to a new available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for a specific date or time.

Previously purchased customized items will be used for the rescheduled event whenever possible. Any additional materials, balloons, customization, delivery, labor, installation, or other costs required for the rescheduled date may result in additional charges.

Once an outdoor installation has been completed, Love and Letters BACH & Balloons is not responsible for damage, deterioration, deflation, popping, fading, movement, falling, or other changes caused by weather or environmental conditions.

8. Damages

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons is committed to treating all venues and properties with care and respect. We take reasonable precautions to minimize the risk of damage during our decorating and installation services.

We use installation methods and materials that we consider appropriate for the applicable surface and setup. However, surfaces, paint, finishes, walls, ceilings, furniture, and other property conditions can vary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Love and Letters BACH & Balloons will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons is also not responsible for decorations, equipment, or other items supplied, installed, moved, or altered by the client, guests, venue staff, or other vendors.

9. Decorations & Client-Provided Items

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons uses decorations and materials sourced and supplied by our company for our decorating services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

To maintain consistency and reduce liability, we generally do not accept client-provided decorations for installation, and our team is not responsible for installing, arranging, maintaining, or removing items supplied by the client or their group.

Any exception must be approved by Love and Letters BACH & Balloons in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, logos, graphics, photographs, branding, and other intellectual property associated with Love and Letters BACH & Balloons remain the property of Love and Letters BACH & Balloons or their respective owners, as applicable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use our original content or designs without express written permission.

11. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process, including event dates, setup times, venue addresses, room or unit information, door codes, access instructions, venue restrictions, and contact information.

The client is responsible for confirming that Love and Letters BACH & Balloons has permission to enter the property and perform the requested installation.

The client is also responsible for informing us of any venue rules or restrictions that may affect the installation before the scheduled event.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Love and Letters BACH & Balloons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of our services.

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons is not responsible for circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue restrictions, inaccessible properties, travel disruptions, actions of guests or third parties, or changes made to an installation after our team has completed setup.

13. Termination or Refusal of Service

Love and Letters BACH & Balloons reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or refuse services when reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms and Conditions, unsafe conditions, inappropriate or threatening behavior toward our team, inability to access the property, nonpayment, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
