Rental Fee

Payment of the rental fee is due upon signing this Agreement.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup Policy

All Love & Letters Bach & Balloons rental items are full-service only and include delivery, setup, and pickup by our team.

Client pickup, client drop-off, or client transport of rental items is not permitted at this time. This includes (but is not limited to) backdrops, arches, foam boards, signage, stands, and décor structures.

All rental items must be installed, handled, and retrieved exclusively by Love & Letters to ensure proper care, safety, and quality.

Care and Use

Client agrees to use the rental item(s) only as intended and not alter, move, or attempt to disassemble them.

The rental item(s) must remain in a clean, dry, and secure location during the rental period.

No tape, command strips, hooks, nails, or adhesives may be applied unless specifically approved in writing by Love & Letters.

Damage and Loss

Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including loss, theft, staining, bending, breaking, or structural damage.

If rental items are handled, moved, or transported by the Client or any third party without written permission, the Client assumes full financial responsibility for any resulting damage, loss, or replacement, up to full retail value.

Return

Rental items must be available for Love & Letters pickup on the agreed-upon date and time.

Late availability for pickup may result in additional fees of $50 per day.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days before the rental period will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 13 days or sooner will not receive a refund.

Liability

Love & Letters Bach & Balloons is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use, placement, or presence of the rental items.

Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all guests and event attendees.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any

modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
