Services:
Love and Letters Bach and Balloons provides bachelorette and balloon decor services, including but not limited to, personalized banners, decorations, and other party supplies. Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.
Wait Time Policy:
Our team allows a 30-minute window after the initially scheduled start time mentioned in your booking reservation. Due to our tightly organized schedule catering to all clients, it is imperative to grant access to the venue within this timeframe. If access is not provided within 30 minutes, we will regrettably need to move on to our next scheduled appointment.
To facilitate a smooth setup, please ensure accurate door code and access information is provided to your decorator.
In the event we depart due to the inability to access the venue within the stipulated timeframe, the service will be automatically terminated without a refund. You are welcome to request a rescheduled date and time, subject to our team’s availability. If fully booked, rescheduling may be accommodated on the following day. Please note that availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if suitable time slots are not available.
Ordering and Payment:
By placing an order through our website or other communication channels, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected services.
Payments are processed securely, and we accept major credit cards. All transactions are subject to our Privacy Policy.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
No Changes Policy: All orders are customized and finalized within 14 days of the scheduled event. No changes can be made to the agreed-upon order once this period begins. Please review your order details carefully before this deadline. If a change must be made within this 14-day period, a $100 fee per change will apply.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All Love and Letters Bach and Balloons services are tailored to your specific requirements, making each creation unique and personalized. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability. Damages:

While we take precautions to minimize the risk of damage during our bachelorette decor services, it’s important to note that certain materials we use may carry some inherent risk. There could be various reasons for potential damage, and it is possible that pre-existing damage may exist in the venue. Love and Letters BACH will not be held liable for any damage charges or be responsible for damages to the venue.
Additionally, it’s crucial to understand that Love and Letters Bach and Balloons does not assume responsibility for any additional decorations provided by you or your group.
We refrain from using any materials that will potentially damage the property to secure decorations to the walls. While we strive to employ methods that are safe for the venue, we cannot guarantee the condition of the venue, and any risk associated with potential damage is acknowledged upon availing our services.
Decorations:
Love and Letters Bach and Balloons exclusively utilizes decorations and materials sourced and supplied by our company for all decorating purposes. To ensure liability compliance, we do not accept decorations sent to us, and our team is unable to assist in decorating with items provided by you or your group.
Intellectual Property:
All content, designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with Love and Letters Bach and Balloons are the property of Love and Letters Bach and Balloons. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the ordering process.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
