No Changes Policy: All orders are customized and finalized within 14 days of the scheduled event. No changes can be made to the agreed-upon order once this period begins. Please review your order details carefully before this deadline. If a change must be made within this 14-day period, a $100 fee per change will apply.

All Love and Letters Bach and Balloons services are tailored to your specific requirements, making each creation unique and personalized. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability.
